Customer Service Manager (BDC Manager)
The C.S.M. must be an excellent communicator and self-starter, reporting
directly to the Dealer. Responsible for communicating with sales and
service customers, maintaining/raising Customer Satisfaction Index (C.S.I.),
creating good public relations and planning quarterly marketing events. Salary
plus monthly bonus
