  • 2.7-liter EcoBoost Twin-Turbocharged V6, 325 horsepower & 400 pound-feet of torque paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission
  • 5.0-liter Ti-VCT V8, 395 horsepower & 400 pound-feet of torque paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission

At its base the Ford F-150 can tow up to 7,700 pounds with the Ti-VCT V6 engine. The muscular turbo diesel engine gives you 11,400 pounds of towing capacity. No matter which engine you choose, the Ford F-150 can accomplish any big job.

Cab Options to Fit Your Need

Depending on the size of your crew or family, the Ford F-150 is full of options. More things to consider is the size of cab you need for your Ford F-150. There are three different cab sizes to consider. Each one geared to fit your need and style.

  • Ford F-150 Regular Cab: This is your standard two-door version of the Ford F-150. This version typically carries 2-3 people in the front, and only, row of seats. This also gives you a lighter frame with the ability to carry more cargo. Available on XL, XLT and Raptor trim levels.
  • Ford F-150 SuperCab: Comes with four-door set-up with reversed-hinge rear doors. It can seat between 5 and 6 passengers on the rear bench. 33.5 inches of legroom in back row. Provides you with a 3,020-pound payload capacity. Available in XL, XLT, Lariat and Raptor.
  • Ford F-150 SuperCrew: Classic four full-size door option. Expanded legroom gives your passengers 43.6 inches to stretch out. Seats five or six passengers. 60/40 flip-up split bench. Available on Xl, XLT, Lariat, King Ranch, Raptor, Platinum and Limited trim levels.

Choosing the right cab option for your Ford F-150 comes down to how you plan to use it. If it's just you and a companion, the regular cab will be suitable. If you plan on adding it to your fleet at work, the team would appreciate the extra legroom of the SuperCrew. For your family trips on the weekend, the SuperCab will easily handle whatever toys you plan to take and give the kids room to relax. Once you find the purpose of your F-150, you will know which cab you should choose.
